Each year St. Croix US Virgin Islands host one of the largest Agriculture and Food Fairs in the Caribbean. This year it celebrated its 36th year from February 17 – 19, 2007. Titled, “Make Things Happen: Revive Agriculture in 2007,” the annual Agriculture and Food Fair proved to be as voluptuous and engaging as previous years. It was, as usual, a grand family affair. Local and other Caribbean farmers and cultural artist brought out their best. Authentic Caribbean Foods was on the menu – my favorite – Red Grout – made my day!
